The animated shorts follow Queen Elsa and her sister Anna on an adventure to bring the Northern Lights back to Arendelle – and now Frozen fans can help Elsa restore the Northern Lights with this interactive doll. Elsa sings (Let it go – of course), says over 40 phrases and if you wave your hand over the snowflake you can help Elsa find the Northern Lights and create a magical light show. (more…)

Our Weekly Roundup #25

  • This week we went to see Disney on Ice presents Frozen at the MEN arena in Manchester. The girls – and I – loved it. They both dressed as Anna to watch the story of Frozen told through ice skating. There was snow, pyrotechnics, Sven on skates and a moving sled – and even a giant inflatable snow monster! It was a great show and kept Clara’s attention throughout with the popular characters and familiar songs.

I need to get something on the table pretty quick, but at the same time I want to make sure my children are eating healthy and nutritious food. (more…)

This week… 25-31 May

I haven’t written this feature for a couple of weeks now as we have been enjoying an awesome family holiday in Portugal. I’ve got ideas for a few holiday themed posts – time dependant, of course, as tomorrow I start back at work part time after 13 months of maternity leave. Things are going to be a little hectic around here!

Clara is one!

The big news this week is that baby celebrated her first birthday. I’m now officially Mummy of a 4 year old and a 1 year old – how did that happen?!
