Throughout May, Hallmark are celebrating Star Wars month and they sent us some of their Star Wars gifts and cards so we could join in the celebrations – including their new range of Itty Bittys.

Both my daughters love Star Wars. Izzy has watched all the films and went through a phase of wanting to be a Stormtrooper when she grows up, and Clara mainly just likes hitting people with a lightsaber bubble wand. So they were both over the moon to get their hands on the latest Star Wars Itty Bittys and you can see what they thought over on our YouTube channel!

Hallmark stock a wide range of Itty Bitty soft toys, and you can collect all your favourite characters from a whole host of films, comic books and tv shows. The Star Wars collection features all the popular characters from the light and dark side, from Han Solo, Princess Leia and Chewbacca to Darth Vader, Kylo Ren and Boba Fett. Clara really likes the Stormtrooper one and insists that one is hers. She’s happy to share all the others apart from that one! Izzy loves them all, but especially Darth Vader (she’s always rooting for the dark side!) and the very cute Ewoks. Personally, my favourite is C3-PO.

Itty Bittys are great soft toys to collect as they are quite small so don’t take over your whole house. Plus they are a nice size for little hands to hold as they play with them – in Izzy and Clara’s case while they are acting out battle scenes from Star Wars! They are not just for kids either, I know plenty of adults who would be quite happy to collect these.

We were also sent a selection of greeting cards and gift bags. There is pretty much a card to suit any Star Wars fan, of any age. I love the quite simple design of the Princess Leia and C3-PO cards, while the kids were excited that they could build 3D models of R2-D2 and Yoda with two of the cards. The ones featuring little dogs dressed up as an Ewok and Darth Vader made the kids laugh a lot – they thought it was hilarious seeing a dog dressed up!

You can find out more about the Star Wars Itty Bittys, greeting cards and gift bags, plus lots of other great gift ideas at www.hallmark.co.uk.

We were kindly sent these items by Hallmark in order to write this review. All words and opinions are my own.
